Knowing what our lenders can do and what they can’t as much as they do is our job and most important responsibility which creates a very unique and efficient experience for our clients to take away the burden of uncertainty. Our goal is to allow our real estate investor clients to focus their time and energy into the mechanics of their deal to avoid wasted time sifting through the haystack of mostly unqualified financial products out there before they find a “potential” fit as each deal is unique.

We have recognized that generally in the lending industry, there is often a disconnect between the investors capital needs and actual ability of the particular loan agent to recognize the limitation prohibiting the actually ability to fund the clients request. This problem often leads to days or weeks of time loss with no result for the investor putting them in duress. A lot of times the lender actually gets blamed for this experience when it’s really human error or lack of understanding of their own guidelines.

We are bridging that gap to efficiently sift through the clutter by directly scrubbing each lenders matrix and guidelines and embed it into our upcoming proprietary software which will allow you as a borrower, to communicate your deal characteristics and qualification as a borrower against each potential lender until we see a complete fit. As a result, we will likely get at least 1 candidate but more often several that highlight their capacity to fund but also likely provide other terms you may have not realized was available to you.

We established InvestorLoans.net to provide real estate investors with the best capital suited for their rental portfolio, fix and flip or commercial property/project that meet typical primary objectives which are to obtain the highest leverage, lowest possible rates and most importantly, reliable capital. Not all financial products are alike and there are underlying guidelines that can derail the path to a successful close if the service provider does not have the experienced loan specialists managing each unique transaction to support your main objective and interest.
