Loan Process
Answer preliminary questions required online to form an understanding of your loan request. Understanding your experience as an investor, and what your deal is all about is key to finding the best fit for your needs. We will be contacting you direct for a complete understanding your current request.
Preliminary terms are provided for your loan request. Full loan application and supporting documents are required if you chose to proceed after we have presented several capital results based on your request. We consider the beginning of our loan process after you have submitted all of our requested documentation.
This is the longest stretch of the 4 step process. In this phase, we will be obtaining credit, asset and experience verification as well as appraisal if needed of your subject property. Once underwriting is complete, you are on your way to singing your loan documents.
The loan request has been fully underwritten and all conditions are satisfied. Depending on the state your attorney or title/escrow representative is contacted and delivered loan documents for you to sign. Loan is funded and on record within 24-72 hours from that day depending on your county.
