Client is a regular client of ours and has completed several flips through the last course of two years. We were able to go a little bit higher to 90% LTV and 100% of the rehab. We were able to secure a loan that allowed client to obtain this fix and flip with no appraisal and allowed his private gap lender to secure their money in escrow with a subordination loan agreement.
